Base pay range

Seeking an Investment Team Coordinator to join a growing Asset Management Firm!

What you’ll do

• Provide day-to-day support for Portfolio Manager (PM) and analyst teams; manage calendar, travel, expenses, and miscellaneous tasks
• Craft custom reporting and calendar updates for investment team colleagues
• Track upcoming non-deal roadshows, conference meetings, events, analyst days, and earnings calls
• Track company earnings dates and schedule post-earnings calls
• Conduct tracking of key contacts across Brokers / sell-side / sales / spec-sales / Investor Relations lists
• Schedule corporate access, sell side analyst meetings, management calls, and expert calls
• Execute on corporate access and sell-side meeting arrangements
• Complete ad hoc requests for Broker Relations team, including broker subscriptions and resourcing
• Request conference meetings; confirm schedules with Broker Relations team
• Review individual calendars daily and weekly to ensure awareness of meetings and address conflicts or prioritization
• Process accurate and timely expense reports
• Manage business travel logistics and visa processing
• Work with Compliance to ensure adherence to firm policies
• Provide support for document management related to financial models, transcriptions, and company presentations
• Anticipate miscellaneous logistical needs of the investment team and act quickly to resolve action items

Qualifications

• Highly organized and resourceful, with strong attention to detail
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Possess the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Familiarity with Concur a plus
