This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador. The role involves being out on the road, serving customers outside the office/store, and can be a path for a career as a Driver, entry into other roles, or additional income.

Responsibilities

• Delivering parts to customers and developing relationships with them.
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintain/check inventory.
• Prioritize safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries and meet customers face to face.
• Build long-term relationships with customers you deliver to.
• Maintain the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).
• Other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (eight feet) with assistive equipment when necessary; stamina to stand and walk during the shift; ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and manage returns.
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries/pickups.
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Ability to navigate throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License.

This position offers a starting hourly pay rate of $16.00. Pay progression is available for many hourly positions, with possible advancement within 12 months of hire. The starting rate for other positions will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
