Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a detail-oriented and welcoming front office atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle incoming calls, providing information or directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing processes as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with staff and patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and office operations.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies to support daily activities.

• Ability to use computer systems efficiently for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
