Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Job Details
Responsibilities and qualifications reflect a senior regional sales management role in the building materials industry. The position requires direct dealer engagement, leadership of a sales team, and travel to meet with dealers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to ensure skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in building materials or manufacturing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the building materials industry, including shutters and doors.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel as required, 50% of travel.
