Responsibilities
Lead the health practice and team to achieve strategic growth and market distinction
Serve as a strategic partner to clients, directing high-impact programs to meet business goals
Build and nurture long-term client relationships while generating organic revenue
Identify and lead new business pitches to attract new clients
Manage client budgets, financials, and team resources to ensure high-quality work
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in communications, ideally in both agency and in-house settings
Extensive experience leading strategic communication strategies within healthcare and related fields
Demonstrated experience in new business efforts, including outreach and proposal development
Strong background in integrated programs spanning digital, editorial, and media relations
Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience in pharma, biotech, and / or life sciences
Proven track record of delivering standout creative communications campaigns within regulated markets
Experience providing communications counsel to executives and senior marketers
Innovative thinker with a history of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
Familiarity with setting up measurement programs and evaluating the ROI of communications activities
