Manager, Workday Benefits - Technical Architect at KPMG US KPMG Advisory practice is seeking a Manager, Workday Benefits Lead in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice. This role involves leading Workday Benefits projects, supporting business development, and managing ERP Advisory engagements for clients in a collaborative, team-driven environment. Responsibilities
Lead Workday Benefits projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications Support business development activities including identification, proposal development, and coordination with resources across service lines/industries Lead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements Manage engagements according to KPMG’s financial/cost management policies Qualifications
Minimum of five years of ERP, benefits, payroll implementation and upgrade experience with at least one full Workday Benefits implementation Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college Five full life cycle implementations with Workday Benefits / Payroll / Compensation / Advanced Compensation as a Functional Lead or Architect; Workday certification in Workday Benefits/Payroll/Compensation/Advanced Compensation (if not currently held, must be secured within three months of employment) Detailed understanding of ERP concepts and module functionality Travel as needed Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG LLP and its affiliates comply with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges and treatment of employment.
