Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity. Provide and model best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions/concerns promptly and courteously, recommend items, and circulate throughout the store to prioritize guests over tasks. Support the total shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business. Process guest purchases/returns using the POS system accurately and efficiently. Respond to guest questions in person or on the phone and use the provided store greeting. Promote GameStop’s guest benefits, such as new title reservations, trade-in, and Pro Rewards programs. Recruit, interview, hire, assess, develop, and retain high-performing associates. Ensure associates have completed onboarding and all required training before opening or closing shifts, including policies, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, financial protocol, and ethics. Communicate with store associates and District Manager to implement store initiatives; train associates in all responsibilities and guidelines. Schedule store associates, manage staffing levels, and ensure breaks and meals are accounted for. Approve payroll, manage paid time off, and verify pay for time worked. Provide recognition and feedback to associates; document feedback in HR systems. Keep store areas neat, clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines; ensure fixtures and equipment are in working order. Fulfill Omni-Channel orders daily. Oversee stock counts, restock merchandise, and organize products on the sales floor. Protect company assets with inventory control and loss prevention; inspect packages at store closing as appropriate. Lead the team to meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrink goals; complete administrative duties for goal achievement. Count, balance, and reconcile daily transactions; manage closeout paperwork and bank deposits as required. Verify shipments, record discrepancies, conduct inventories, and communicate issues to District Manager. Process defectives/recalls and stock pulls; ensure proper labeling and packing lists. Maintain guest and associate safety and report injuries per guidelines. Maintain store records and ensure manuals are up to date. Build professional partnerships where applicable (e.g., military base locations). Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including the Associate Handbook and Code of Standards, Ethics & Conduct. Qualifications

Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field. At least 1 year of retail management experience required. At least 3 years of retail sales/guest service/management experience preferred. Video game knowledge preferred. Key Job Skills and Abilities

Outgoing, welcoming personality with strong people skills. Provide genuine and individualized assistance to every guest. Clear verbal and written communication; English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Ability to work independently and as a team leader; meet leadership performance expectations. Operate POS system; basic math and organizational skills. Complete required paperwork; follow instructions and policies; perform financial tasks per policy. Adapt to a fast-paced environment; handle pressure and stay guest-focused. Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work as needed (including nights, weekends, holidays). Capable of standing/moving for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs; basic physical requirements. Understanding of military ranks/insignia if applicable to base locations. Benefits
