The Executive Assistant, based in Houston, TX, is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the company's EVP, Chief Growth Officer and EVP, Operational Excellence, while exercising a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively in a fast-paced, exciting environment. They will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituents on matters pertaining to the respective Executive Committee (EC) members, including calendar management, travel planning, in-person and virtual meeting preparation, and business reporting. Key Responsibilities

Support executives by representing the office with exceptional customer service, interpersonal savvy and efficiency, and attention to detail. Manage multiple complex calendars, planning and coordinating domestic travel. Communicate on behalf of the EVP, Chief Growth Officer & EVP, Operational Excellence with internal and external constituents, including both written and verbal communications. Draft letters, memos, documents, and various reports requiring knowledge of methods, procedures, policies, and the nature of business and the organization. Handle incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications while maintaining confidentiality. Coordinate internal and external meetings and compile all necessary presentation materials and agendas for attendees. Provide leadership and direction for on-site team members based in the Houston, TX office, including Facilities Coordinator and Receptionist. Serve as key data entry and minute-taker for multiple meetings; consolidate information into reports and presentations and provide follow-up materials. Manage, reconcile, and submit expense reports for the President and SVP; process bills, order supplies, and provide general office support. Collaborate with the Executive Assistants for other leaders and colleagues on special assignments and support for the Chief Growth Officer & EVP, Operational Excellence and the organization. Prepare Director-level monthly accountability PowerPoint decks, including KPI and Financial Summary (monthly and YTD), and schedule monthly reviews. Run multiple concurrent projects, gather cross-functional input, and prepare drafts monthly (e.g., Safety, Quality, Annual Plans, CI, Supply Chain, Talent, Technology). Develop detailed onboarding plans leveraging templates and continuously improve onboarding processes with input from HR and senior operations leadership. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience in lieu of education will be considered. Minimum 8+ years in a corporate environment supporting executives at the top executive level. Proficiency in project coordination/scheduling, data collection and reporting. Advanced proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Strong written and oral communication skills. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to proactively anticipate needs of the EVP, Chief Growth Officer & EVP, Operational Excellence. Ability to build and maintain business relationships and stay calm and flexible under pressure and changing priorities. Experience building a positive team environment and establishing working relationships inside and outside of the group. Leadership Competencies
