Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Paralegal to join a corporate office in downtown Minneapolis. This is a temporary/temporary to hire opportunity with hybrid flexibility. Responsibilities

Manage contract lifecycle processes using DocuSign or similar platforms, ensuring efficient execution, tracking, and compliance. Coordinate litigation discovery, issue legal hold notices, and collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams. Serve as the primary contact for insurance carriers; assist with claims, renewals, and maintain documentation. Oversee corporate contributions, legal invoicing, and budget tracking; support execution of legal documents. Draft, review, and organize legal correspondence and agreements; maintain structured legal files and databases. Provide cross-functional support across legal and compliance teams Qualifications 7+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on contract management. Proficiency in CLM platforms (e.g., DocuSign); ability to adapt to new systems. Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents. Familiarity with construction processes and experience with AIA documents. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple detailed workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with attorneys, stakeholders, and outside counsel. Bachelor's degree and/or ABA-accredited Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience.
