Key Responsibilities: Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term retention. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized insurance solutions. Promote the agency by networking within the local community to generate leads and referrals. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth. Review insurance policies, assess client needs, and recommend coverage enhancements as needed. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide informed guidance. Contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace culture. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management or a related field (preferred). Active Property & Casualty Insurance License. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage with clients and community members. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in agency management systems (experience with EZLynx is a plus). Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to build a meaningful, long-term career.
