About the Role
The Company is seeking an In-Business Training Lead with a focus on Credit Risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy, oversight, and execution of the technical training curriculum within the Credit Risk division. This includes engaging with senior leadership to assess training needs and implementing solutions for a range of training programs, from technology-related to those tied to regulatory requirements. The role also involves close partnership with HR Learning & Development and requires a strategic leader with a strong background in credit risk, business training, and talent management.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience, with a strong knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in wholesale credit risk. The role demands a strategic mindset, the ability to influence at all levels, and a proven track record in developing and delivering training programs. Experience in instructional design, and a background in training or needs assessments, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a background that includes working across regions and cultures. The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
