Imagine yourself in this dynamic position: As the primary contact for our clients, you will: Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and additional sales. Oversee field operations to deliver high-quality service. Identify and pursue opportunities to sell enhancement services within your existing client portfolio. Accurately develop estimates and project takeoffs for both new and existing clients. Timely deliver designs and bids for proposed enhancement projects to clients. Generate referrals from satisfied clients and communicate these leads to the Business Developer. Conduct regular site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met. Proactively listen to and respond to client needs for site enhancements. Collaborate regularly with the Operations Manager to consistently meet or exceed client expectations. Coordinate consistent and timely site visits to review site quality. Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews to enhance service delivery. Promote compliance with all safety regulations and policies. Help achieve branch financial goals by maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and enhancement services. Participate in leadership activities within the branch and in relevant meetings. Ensure all client database information is consistently updated in coordination with the Branch Administrator. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Branch Manager. You might be a perfect fit for this role if: You hold an associate degree in a business-related field or have equivalent experience. You possess a minimum of 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience in landscaping or a related industry. You demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. You have the ability to coach, develop, and foster a collaborative teamwork environment.
