The Client Relationship Manager serves as the primary liaison for our valued clients. You will cultivate long-term relationships that not only enhance client satisfaction but also drive portfolio growth through additional service offerings and pricing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:
Identifying and exploring opportunities to offer additional enhancement services to current clients, as well as seeking new leads to expand the business portfolio.
Preparing precise estimates and project takeoffs for both new and existing clients as necessary.
Ensuring timely delivery of design proposals and bids to clients for enhancement projects.
Generating client referrals and effectively communicating these to the Business Developer.
Building and sustaining long-term relationships with key client contacts.
Conducting regular site walkthroughs and meetings to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently exceeded.
Leading the resolution of client inquiries and concerns with a proactive approach.
Overseeing account renewals for your assigned client portfolio.
Listening intently to identify potential enhancement needs of existing clients.
Maintaining regular communication with the Operations Manager to ensure client expectations are effectively met.
Coordinating site visits with the Operations Manager to review service quality and client satisfaction.
Supporting recruitment, training, and development of field personnel serving your portfolio.
Upholding safety regulations and compliance at all times.
Contributing to the financial goals of the branch by managing gross margins on base contracts and enhancement services.
Assisting the Branch Manager in leading branch operations and attending relevant meetings.
Keeping accounts receivable levels satisfactory and CRM notes updated.
Coordinating with the Branch Administrator to ensure client databases are accurate and current.
Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
You might be an ideal fit if you have:
An Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent practical experience.
A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, management, or leadership within the landscaping industry or a similar local market.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to foster teamwork and develop talent within a collaborative environment.
Work Environment: This position offers flexibility with options for remote work or an office setting. Frequent travel will be required to effectively serve clients.

In addition to a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $73,000, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which may include:
