We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager. Could you envision yourself thriving here? In this role, you will: Serve as the primary contact for clients, nurturing long-term relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to offer ancillary services to current clients, while also seeking new prospects to expand the business. Create accurate estimates and detailed proposals for both new and existing clients. Ensure timely communication of all design and bid proposals for enhancement projects to clients. Generate referrals from satisfied clients and effectively relay information to the Business Developer. Conduct regular site walkthroughs during meetings with clients to ensure that quality and service expectations are consistently met. Proactively address and resolve client issues or concerns. Manage renewals for each account within your portfolio while actively listening to potential enhancement needs. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to guarantee that client expectations are not only met but exceeded. Participate in consistent site visits with the Operations Manager to assess quality and service. Support the hiring, training, and coaching processes for field crews associated with your account portfolio. Promote compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Assist in achieving branch financial goals by maintaining acceptable gross margins on both core and ancillary services. Engage in overall branch leadership, including participation in key meetings. Keep accounts receivable levels satisfactory and maintain up-to-date CRM notes. Collaborate with the Branch Administrator to ensure that all client information is current in databases. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager. You may be a great fit if you have: An associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years in customer service, management, and leadership roles, preferably in the landscaping industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to coach, develop, and foster a collaborative team environment. Work Environment:
