Client Relationship Manager . Can you see yourself thriving here? Here's what you'll do: The Client Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role emphasizes building long-term relationships that promote client satisfaction and retention, while expanding the portfolio through strategic sales of ancillary services and price adjustments. You will: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to offer ancillary (enhancement) services to current clients and pursue growth beyond the existing portfolio. Create precise estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as required. Ensure timely delivery of design and bids for proposed enhancement projects to clients. Generate referrals from the existing client base and relay these to the Business Developer. Develop and nurture long-standing client relationships, ensuring engagement with all key contacts. Schedule regular 'site walkthroughs' during formal meetings with customers to guarantee quality and service expectations are met. Lead the resolution of client issues and concerns as they arise. Ensure timely renewals for all accounts within your assigned portfolio. Actively listen to and anticipate potential site enhancement needs of existing clients. Maintain consistent communication with the Operations Manager to align client needs with service delivery. Coordinate periodic site visits with the Operations Manager to evaluate site quality and adherence to client expectations. Support hiring, training, and mentoring of field crews collaborating with your portfolio. Uphold compliance with all safety regulations and policies. Help the Branch Manager in steering the branch towards achieving financial goals and maintaining appropriate gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary services. Participate in branch leadership and engage in all relevant meetings. Manage accounts receivable and maintain current CRM account notes as required. Collaborate with the Branch Administrator to keep client databases updated. Perform other duties as needed as directed by the Branch Manager. You might be a great fit if you have: An associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of customer service, management, or leadership experience within the landscaping industry or local marketplace. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to coach, develop, and foster a collaborative team environment. Work Environment:
