Client Relationship Manager , you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, nurturing long-term relationships that enhance their experience and trust in our services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue opportunities for ancillary services within your client portfolio and beyond to drive business growth. Prepare accurate estimates and detailed project proposals for new and existing clients. Ensure timely delivery of designs and bids for enhancement projects. Generate referrals from existing clients to expand our network. Develop and sustain strong relationships with all client stakeholders. Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality meets expectations. Actively address and resolve client issues or concerns. Facilitate account renewals within your client portfolio. Proactively identify potential site enhancement needs. Maintain open communication with the Operations Manager to consistently meet or exceed client expectations. Schedule consistent site visits with the Operations Manager to evaluate quality and client satisfaction. Assist in hiring, training, and coaching field crews supporting your portfolio. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Support financial goals by maintaining acceptable gross margins on all services. Assist the Branch Manager in overall branch leadership and operations. Maintain current client information databases alongside the Branch Administrator. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager. You may be a great fit if you have: An associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership within the landscaping industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to coach and foster a collaborative teamwork environment. Work Environment:
