Your Role: Be the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships that enhance client satisfaction and retention. Identify and actively pursue opportunities to sell enhancement services to existing clients while seeking new opportunities for business growth. Create precise estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as required. Ensure timely delivery of designs and bids for enhancement projects to clients. Encourage referrals from current clients and collaborate with the Business Developer. Schedule and conduct regular site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met. Proactively address any client issues or concerns, leading the resolution process as necessary. Manage account renewals effectively within your assigned portfolio. Engage regularly with the Operations Manager to guarantee client needs are consistently met. Coordinate timely site visits to assess site quality with the Operations Manager. Support the recruitment, training, and development of field crews associated with your portfolio. Uphold compliance with safety regulations and policies. Contribute to meeting branch financial goals by maintaining acceptable profit margins for both base contract work and enhancement services. Assist the Branch Manager in overall leadership efforts, attending relevant meetings. Ensure accounts receivable levels and CRM account notes are well-maintained. Collaborate with the Branch Administrator to keep client databases updated. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager. Are You a Good Fit? You possess an associate degree in a business-related field or have equivalent experience. You bring a minimum of 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience, preferably in the landscaping industry. You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You thrive in a teamwork environment and are skilled at coaching and developing others. Work Environment: This role may be performed remotely or in an office setting, with regular travel by car.
