About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its dynamic and strategic team. The CFO will be a key executive, responsible for the financial operations of the health system, including finance, accounting, treasury, revenue cycle, and managed care. This role involves advising and supporting the CEO, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors on all financial matters, ensuring financial rigor and stewardship, and leading operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a minimum of ten years' experience in financial leadership within a hospital or health system, and will be committed to growing the system's income, balance sheet, and investment portfolio.
The successful CFO will be a visible and transparent leader, an outstanding communicator, and will have a proven track record in developing and executing contemporary financial strategy and operations. Experience in optimizing revenue cycle, coding, and managed care contracting and reimbursement strategies in an independent system and regulated market is highly valued.
