Industry Food & Beverages Type Privately Held About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Quality Assurance and Compliance to lead our quality initiatives and ensure that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality. This executive will play a crucial role in establishing, deploying, and monitoring quality standards across all products and operations. You will be responsible for data analytics, tracking performance metrics, and implementing process improvements that ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements. Your role will involve spearheading continuous improvement strategies as we transition from traditional quality control to a quality assurance framework. You will collaborate closely with departments such as operations, sales, customer service, and external clients to drive quality excellence. As the successful candidate, you will implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring all products meet specifications and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will have: A minimum of 7 years in quality management, preferably over 10 years in lean manufacturing and quality assurance. Proven experience in plant transformation and change management within the food manufacturing sector. Advanced knowledge of Six Sigma quality principles and familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred. Certifications in lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and project management. Exceptional leadership, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
