E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

LHH is partnerning with a client in Thomasville searching for an E-Commerce CSR to join their team! This role is contract-to-hire and will be onsite M-F 8-5, paying $20-22/hr.
Responsibilities:
Support online retail client accounts
Upload new SKU's with all product information (color, fabric, and finishing options) to company website
Remove SKU's not available in inventory
Utilize Excel to track SKU's in real time and provide reports showcasing most/least purchased items
Qualifications:
Must have e-commerce experience, preferably within furniture or manufacturing
Must have strong attention to detail and communication skills
Must have experience working in client web-based portals
Excel experience required, Pivot Tables/Vlookups a plus
