Operator Support Specialist (Contract)
Location: Oakdale, CA
Schedule: Full-time
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Overview We are seeking an Operator Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support in a fast-paced manufacturing office environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Generate reports using SAP and Microsoft Office tools; research and match invoices with receipts.
Provide day-to-day office support including monitoring, data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, printing, copying, and answering phone calls.
Accurately input and update data into spreadsheets and internal systems; manage email correspondence.
Take notes, prepare documents, and participate in meetings.
Review files and records to respond to information requests.
Apply problem-solving and critical thinking to support operations.
Maintain regular communication with employees, vendors, corporate partners, and carriers.
Support special projects and assist with presentations as needed.
Work independently and as part of a team while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; comfortable presenting to groups.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes.
Reliable attendance and a strong sense of accountability.
Comfortable with prolonged sitting, standing, and walking within the plant.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Pay Details:
$20.00 per hour
