About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for the Northeast Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of multiple accounts, with a focus on driving improvement in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention. This role involves managing all facets of the area, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, and requires full P&L accountability. The VPO will be tasked with galvanizing a team under a common growth and operations platform, ensuring the delivery of operational excellence, and identifying innovative services and solutions to meet client requirements.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10-12 years' of progressive experience in general management, with a preference for those in the food, facilities, or retail service sector. The role demands a proven leader with a strong background in managing client relationships, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to lead a highly productive team. The VPO will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the overall strategy for operations in the area, and must be adept at business planning, project management, and driving business process improvement. The position requires a candidate with a balanced perspective on strategic and tactical issues, and the ability to manage numerous projects and resources in a dispersed organization.
