The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for a multi-site account, with a strong focus on driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and client retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of multiple accounts, galvanizing a team under a common growth and operations platform, and ensuring the delivery of operational excellence. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in general management, full P&L responsibility, and a background in the food, facilities, or retail service sector. The VPO will be accountable for all facets of the area, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, and must be adept at managing a highly productive team, driving new sales growth, and developing and executing operational strategies.
