About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for the Lake Powell area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of multiple accounts, with a focus on driving improvement in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention. This role requires the ability to galvanize a team under a common growth and operations platform, ensure operational excellence, and identify innovative services and solutions to meet client requirements. The VPO will also be accountable for all facets of the area, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, and will work closely with internal and external partners to develop and maintain the overall strategy for operations.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10-12 years' of progressive experience in general management with full P&L responsibility, preferably in the food, facilities, or retail service sector. The role demands a proven leader with strong business planning skills, the ability to manage numerous projects, and a talent for selecting and developing top talent. The VPO will be expected to lead a highly productive team, maintain close working relationships with partner groups, and inspire change in business processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work with a range of audiences, from front-line managers to C-level leaders.
