Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors warmly and provide initial assistance as needed.

• Schedule both in-person and telehealth appointments efficiently.

• Input and maintain accurate patient information in the database.

• Handle inbound telephone calls and direct them appropriately.

• Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations.

• Ensure a detail-oriented and courteous interaction with clients and staff.

• Manage appointment reminders and confirmations.

• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.

• Coordinate with other departments for seamless scheduling and communication.

• Minimum of 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with handling inbound calls professionally.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in administrative assistance within an office setting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
