• Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations.
• Ensure a detail-oriented and courteous interaction with clients and staff.
• Manage appointment reminders and confirmations.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless scheduling and communication.
• Minimum of 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience.• Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy.
