We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records and databases.
• Manage email correspondence, including drafting, responding, and organizing communications.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events to optimize workflow.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to important information.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support team operations and objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects and tasks.• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain structured filing systems.
• Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.
