Description

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Regional Property Supervisor to ensure efficient operation of the assigned portfolio.

Reports to: Regional Property Supervisor

Position Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt

The Essential Functions For This Position

The essential functions for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist Regional Property Supervisors with day-to-day property management duties.
  • Be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Make bank deposits.
  • Process bills.
  • Act as a Back-up Receptionist.
  • Interact with residents, onsite managers, supervisors, and office staff.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information per company policy to ensure privacy is secured.
  • Screen calls from residents, vendors, and managers.
  • Work with PATH and 3rd party lease contracted units.
  • Assist with the portfolio’s leasing process.
  • Assist with the compliance department.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support the portfolio.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Office devices (printer, telephone, check scan, etc.)
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Detail-oriented
  • Multi-tasking
  • Resourcefulness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Yardi Voyager software experience is a plus
  • Previous or relevant experience in Property Management is a plus

Travel & Physical Requirements

Travel: Travel for this position requires you to have reliable transportation. Travel requirements may change at any time.

Physical: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
