Overview
Interior Designer to join our growing teams in Denver, CO; Washington, DC; Austin, TX; Houston, TX; Tampa, FL; and Miami, FL. You will work under the supervision of a senior architect and apply technical professional proficiency to solve interior design problems for large and medium-sized projects. Your primary goal is to create designs that align with the client’s brief, prepare design documents, research finishing materials, and coordinate related project activities. The position also supports business development and presentation efforts in pursuit of new projects. About Us

What will you contribute to the team?
Develop project scope in collaboration with the senior Project Interior Architect, interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate project assignments. Seek guidance from senior staff to develop design concepts and make timely design and technical decisions in a collaborative manner. Present professionally to clients and maintain a seller-doer approach; interface with clients. Perform programming, space planning and other conceptual design activities. Possess advanced knowledge of furniture systems and procurement; knowledge of emerging interior products. Select materials, finishes, fittings, fixtures and interior lighting. Prepare design development and concept sketches; develop designs into construction documents with a project team. Create 3D BIM representations (Revit or other CAD/BIM formats) and prepare a complete set of construction documents in BIM. Lead and mentor junior designers; redline documents for production and coordinate with sub-consultants and other disciplines. Prepare presentation material and client exhibits in BlueBeam or PowerPoint for review. Perform site observations, facility inventories, and generate field-measured documentation. Provide status reports to Sr. Architects / Project Managers and ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Maintain and coordinate the project BIM model and adhere to construction document standards. Consult with manufacturers, obtain cost information, and inspect architectural features in the field. Maintain knowledge of building materials and construction methods; manage multiple projects effectively. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, strong organizational skills, and the ability to grow professionally. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support the Architecture Practice. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design or equivalent experience. Minimum 7–10 years of relevant interior design experience across all phases, including technical detailing and coordination with consultants. Expertise in BIM / Revit and AutoCAD. Candidate must be in the process of obtaining NCIDQ Certification and licensed in at least one state. Working knowledge of national building codes, life safety codes, and ADA compliance. LEED AP is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas and collaborate with teams and consultants. Ability to work independently or in a team; strong time management and organizational skills. Design and implementation experience across a variety of project types; ability to handle multiple projects. Strong BIM and construction document standards knowledge. Benefits
