CCL Hospitality Group (CCLHG) is seeking an inspiring and accomplished General Manager - Vice President of Culinary Experience to lead the culinary and hospitality program at Montereau, a premier community known for its luxurious environment, vibrant lifestyle, and exceptional dining experiences. Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments, including food and beverage. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient operation with the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Financial Management: Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial objectives. Guest Experience: Cultivate a welcoming and exclusive environment, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. Marketing and Communication: Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans to enhance experiences and increase guest engagement. Staff Development: Hire, train, and mentor a team of professionals, fostering excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Event Planning: Oversee planning and execution of events, tournaments, and social activities to meet high standards and guest expectations. Compliance: Ensure the operation complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices. Knowledge and Skills

Advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management fields. Ability to analyze complex activities or information to improve practices or develop new approaches. Extensive wine and spirits knowledge. Strong communication skills to negotiate, persuade, and influence other managers, guests, and clients. Excellent spoken and written communication with managers, guests, and employees. Understanding P&L components and how to drive efficiencies within an operation. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality or country club environments. Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
