General Manager - VP of Culinary Experience, Luxury Senior Living, Tulsa Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. Other forms of compensation include a bonus and a $10K sign-on bonus with relocation package. This role is with CCL Hospitality Group (CCLHG) at Montereau, a premier community known for its luxurious environment, vibrant lifestyle, and exceptional dining experiences.

CCLHG is seeking an inspiring and accomplished General Manager – Vice President of Culinary Experience to lead the culinary and hospitality program. Key Responsibilities

Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments, including food and beverage.

Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth operation with the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Financial Management: Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.

Guest Experience: Cultivate a welcoming and exclusive environment, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.

Marketing and Communication: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance experiences and guest engagement.

Staff Development: Hire, train, and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Event Planning: Oversee planning and execution of events to meet high standards and guest expectations.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.

Knowledge and Skills

Advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management.

Ability to study, analyze, and interpret complex information to improve practices.

Extensive wine and spirits knowledge.

Excellent communication skills to negotiate, convince, and influence stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication with managers, guests, and employees.

Understanding P&L components and driving operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality or country club environments.

Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Attributes: Passion for hospitality, commitment to excellence, and ability to inspire and lead a team.

Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
