About the Role
The Company is seeking an HR Ops Director to play a pivotal role in the global scaling and optimization of people operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated, AI-enabled HR workflows across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations in all active countries, and optimizing HR systems and data to provide predictive analytics for leadership decision-making. This role is central to building a seamless employee experience, supporting rapid international growth, and enabling managers and employees to thrive through robust HR processes, systems, and compliance frameworks. Key responsibilities for the HR Ops Director include global HR operations design and scaling, compliance management, HR system and data optimization, and the delivery of a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR operations or people roles, with a strong expertise in HRIS and payroll systems, and a solid understanding of global employment law and compliance. They should be data-driven, possess excellent project management and organizational skills, and have strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. The role also involves contributing to transversal people projects and partnering with finance for workforce planning and payroll forecasting. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required, and the candidate should be adept at problem-solving and critical thinking, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and international environment.
