In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated, AI-driven HR workflows that encompass the full employee lifecycle. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws in all areas where we operate, while also working to optimize our HR systems and data for predictive analytics, providing insights crucial for leadership decision-making. Your contributions will be vital to creating a seamless employee experience that supports our rapid international expansion, enabling both managers and employees to flourish through effective HR processes, systems, and compliance frameworks. Key responsibilities will include global HR operations design and scaling, compliance management, HR system optimization, and enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR operations or talent management, extensive experience with HRIS and payroll systems, and a solid understanding of global employment laws and compliance. You should be data-driven, with exceptional project management and organizational skills, as well as outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities. This role will also involve collaboration on cross-functional people projects and partnership with finance for workforce planning and payroll forecasting. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a requirement, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
