About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic partner to the President/CEO and a key member of the senior leadership team. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee day-to-day financial operations, and ensure the organization's sustainability and growth. This includes directing the annual budget process, managing investments and cash flow, and providing timely financial reports and analysis. The successful candidate will also be responsible for aligning the organization's technology infrastructure with its goals, ensuring legal compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.

Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management, with a CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree. A minimum of 5 years' experience in nonprofit fund accounting, endowment management, or grant reporting is required, along with a proven track record in implementing strategic and operational plans. The role demands executive-level communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
