About the Role:
This position involves performing scintigraphic scanning under the guidance of physicians, manipulating and analyzing images to provide high-quality data for interpretation. You will also be responsible for preparing radioactive and non-radioactive materials for patient doses, conducting quality control and maintenance procedures for imaging devices, consulting with physicians, administering diagnostic or therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals, and providing patient education and assessment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field (Preferred)
- Registration with the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Radiologic License as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
