As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our affiliate program, managing partner relationships, and driving the success of performance marketing initiatives. This position must be located in Bellevue, WA, New York, NY or Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid role in an environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office. Job Responsibilities

Program Execution: Lead the implementation and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with T-Mobile's growth goals and customer-first ethos. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring their success through consistent communication, troubleshooting, and support. Performance Optimization: Use analytics to evaluate partner and campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization to maximize ROI. Strategic Expansion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new partnership opportunities and innovate approaches for scaling the affiliate program. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Affiliate Marketing, Media, and cross-functional teams to align efforts across strategic, creative, and analytical initiatives. Reporting and Analysis: Develop insights-driven reports to communicate results and recommendations to senior partners. Process Improvement: Identify and implement tools, technologies, or processes to enhance operational efficiency within the affiliate program. Education and Work Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business or Related Field (Required) Proven Expertise: 4+ years of affiliate marketing experience or related performance marketing fields. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Results-Oriented: A track record of driving measurable business outcomes in affiliate or performance-based marketing initiatives. Analytical Approach: Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms to evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to articulate performance insights and influence partners and team members. Adaptability: Creative and resilient under pressure, with a commitment to high-quality execution. Base Pay Range: $78,500 - $141,600 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
