This position serves as the principal confidential executive assistant to both the DOTD Deputy Undersecretary and the Undersecretary. It requires independent judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to act as a communication liaison between the administration, DOTD staff, and external stakeholders. An ideal candidate should possess the following competencies: Communicating Effectively:
The ability to relay information correctly and appropriately to connect people and ideas. Demonstrating Accountability:
The ability to accept ownership for your actions, behaviors, performance, and decisions. Thinking Critically:
The ability to objectively question, analyze, interpret, and evaluate information to form a conclusion. Minimum qualifications include four years of experience in administrative services.
