Entry-Level Billing Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in accounting or finance. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Generate and send invoices to clients accurately and on time Review billing data for completeness and accuracy Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries Maintain organized records of billing activities and documentation Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing alignment Support month-end close processes and reporting as needed Perform data entry and maintain billing databases Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior billing or administrative experience is helpful but not required Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
