Billing Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Clerk to join our team onsite in Jacksonville, FL. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for accuracy in financial documentation. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for preparing invoices, verifying billing data, and ensuring timely and accurate billing processes. Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send invoices to clients and customers Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries Maintain organized records of billing transactions Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred 1+ year of billing or accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Search managed by: Nikki Caudill Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
