We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and calls, ensuring smooth operations within the office, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors at the front desk. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk, including monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges. Update calendars and schedule meetings. Essential Skills
Proficiency in customer service and receptionist duties. Experience handling inbound and outbound calls. Strong data entry and administrative support skills. Reliability and punctuality. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in administration. Experience with phone call management. Competence in meeting scheduling. Work Environment
The work hours are from 8:30AM to 4:30PM with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday. (REMOTE - on Fridays) Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
