Administrative Assistant/Entry Level Accountant
"Lodi CML Cooperative LLC is looking for a self-motivated administrative assistant/entry level accountant to join our financial management department." Duties and Responsibilities: Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers Completing analysis of the employee expenditures Managing income and expenditure accounts- Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files Initiating and managing financial and accounting software (Online QuickBooks) used by the company Calculating, recording, inputting or processing financial data. Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures. Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges. Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders. Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues Collecting payments (ACH) Maintaining customer accounts Administrative support, Customer service when needed Skills and Qualifications; Online QB Experience Required 2-3 years of experience with Online QuickBooks and data entry Entry level of understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Intermediate level of knowledge and experience with spreadsheets - Knowledge of accounting online QBs and continuously strive to further their knowledge of different software to complete their job efficiently. Ability to work independently - Well-organized to keep track of important financial documents for future analysis and reporting Analytical skills - Excellent attention to detail, able to identify errors and make corrections accordingly Possessed an investigative nature that enables them to track errors in calculations on cash flow statements back to the source Bilingual - English and Spanish Company Introduction
We are Central Manufacturer Location of Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Lodi NJ.We supply donuts and baked goods to about 400 Dunkin' retail stores currently
