We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will support daily office operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in various administrative tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns.
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks, including processing invoices and updating customer records.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to optimize team efficiency.
• Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Maintain organized records and files to support smooth office operations.
• Assist with customer invoicing and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure seamless workflow.• Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
• Experience with scheduling and calendar management.
• Familiarity with handling invoices and maintaining customer records.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
