Administrative Coordinator
LSU Health New Orleans Division of Parking Services is seeking motivated applicants for the title of Administrative Coordinator 1,2,3 or 4. This position is part of a Career Progression Group. As part of a Career Progression Group, vacancies may be filled from this recruitment as an Administrative Coordinator 1, 2, 3, or 4 depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant(s). Following Policies and Procedures: The ability to comply with policies and procedures of the organization as well as State Civil Service rules, and all applicable federal and state laws. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Performs and supervises the operations of the LSU Health New Orleans Parking Office as needed in absence of Director or Assistant Director of Parking, may directly perform and supervise Dental School campus parking operations two days per week Assists in planning office procedures and supervision of workflow mechanisms Enforces parking rules by issuing tickets for non-moving violations using Handheld Ticket Writer Computer Writes notification letters regarding delinquent tickets Handles and audits routine financial matters Supervises and audits collection parking fees and citation payments from registered parkers Audits payroll reports regarding parking deducts, terminations, and new hires to determine parking eligibility and payment status Assist in general supervision of Administrative Coordinators 2's and student workers or direct supervision in absence of Director and Assistant Director Acts as Supervisor for special event operations including cash collections during the event and securing cash after the event Compiles computer generated reports and provides analysis when requested Starting rate is $15.01 but may be increased dependent upon applicants' qualifications. There is an additional $1 Longevity Pay for hours worked only.
