We are a fast-growing startup seeking a full-time Marketing & E-Commerce Growth Specialist to take ownership of our direct-to-consumer marketing and brand identity. This is a pivotal role where you'll help shape how the world sees our brand — from the look and feel of our website to the tone of our social presence. You'll lead the redesign and optimization of our e-commerce site, execute SEO strategies for organic growth, manage paid advertising campaigns, coordinate influencer and UGC collaborations, and produce premium creative that strengthens our brand image across every channel. Primary Functions and Areas of Responsibility: Brand Identity & Image Building:
Work closely with leadership to define and refine the brand's visual and verbal identity. Ensure all creative output — from social posts to web design — reflects our premium, cohesive image. Social Media Management:
Oversee Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta platforms to build brand awareness, grow an engaged audience, and funnel traffic to our website. Website Optimization & Branding:
Lead the project to update and refine our e-commerce site — improving design, imagery, copy, and functionality to align with brand identity and boost conversions. SEO Execution:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and position the brand as a leader in our category. Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google to drive high-quality leads and sales while maintaining brand consistency. Content Creation:
Produce premium product photography, lifestyle imagery, and video content that communicates our brand values and elevates our market positioning. Influencer & UGC Coordination:
Identify and collaborate with influencers whose audiences align with our brand; manage UGC acquisition to fuel campaigns. General Marketing Initiatives:
Own additional projects that promote the brand, expand awareness, and support growth in a fast-paced startup environment. Skills and Abilities Required: Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create a consistent, premium brand image across platforms Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Expert-level Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop skills; proficiency in video editing (After Effects preferred) Creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of D2C marketing principles Proven ability to run paid ad campaigns across multiple social and search platforms Strong copywriting skills for ads, social media, and website content Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics Photography and lighting skills for professional-quality visual content Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or e-commerce growth Track record of successfully building and promoting brands through both organic and paid channels Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45, $80,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
