We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by regularly cleaning work areas, floors, and equipment. Support banquet services by ensuring all necessary dishes and utensils are available for events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols for proper food handling. Assist with bussing tables during peak service times to enhance guest experience. Participate in catering events as required, ensuring all catering supplies are clean and ready for use. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks including cooking, cleaning, and serving as needed.
