Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste. Assist with food preparation as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. Support banquet services by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines for proper food handling. Help with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as required. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food service operations, including catering or banquet experience is a plus. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods is beneficial. Experience in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment is highly valued. A background in culinary arts or hotel experience can enhance your application but is not required.
