Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and preparing ingredients for cooking. Support banquet and catering services by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for events. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service periods. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred; familiarity with food service operations is a plus. Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Experience in culinary settings such as hotels or catering services is advantageous.
