We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in independent shop environments. This role requires a thorough understanding of automotive systems, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. The Automotive Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that vehicles are safe and reliable for our customers. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs Diagnose automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems including transmissions, powertrain, suspension, and electrical systems Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to service writer Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in automotive repair Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally Experience Previous experience as an Automotive Mechanic is required Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques for various vehicle makes and models Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is desirable Knowledge of diesel engine repair, air brake systems, schematics, alignment, shocks & struts, tire service, and maintenance procedures Experience with automotive electrical systems is essential Welding experience is a plus but not mandatory Quality over Quantity is a must, we take pride and care in every single job we do Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering top-notch automotive services.
