We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires expertise in various automotive systems, including powertrain, electrical systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). As a Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of vehicles while providing top-notch customer service. Duties Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Conduct repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including GM vehicles and diesel engines. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex automotive problems. Execute vehicle alignments and powertrain repairs with precision. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in auto estimating for repair costs and timeframes. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning. Requirements Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role within an automotive dealership or service center. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, including familiarity with ADAS systems. Experience working with automotive electrical systems, transmissions, and welding is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
