Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Plan menus that cater to diverse dietary needs while maintaining nutritional standards. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Assist in the organization and execution of catering events, providing exceptional service to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation, ensuring precision and safety. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in the culinary field. Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities and menu planning is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Experience in food service, including catering and serving, is highly desirable. Excellent food handling skills with a focus on safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
