Job Description: We are seeking a
Workday PM - Integration Lead
to design, implement, and manage integrations across Workday Finance, HCM, and Payroll systems. This role requires hands-on technical expertise with Workday integration tools, a strong understanding of financial and HR processes, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
The Integration Lead will act as a
player-coach , working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable integration solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Design, build, and manage integrations between Workday modules (Finance, HCM, Payroll) and third-party systems. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and seamless workflows across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions that meet business needs. Act as a technical lead and mentor for the Workday integration team. Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority integration issues, occasionally outside of business hours. Partner with stakeholders to adapt solutions to evolving business requirements. Work onsite at least 3 days per week for collaboration and team alignment. Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, including 3+ years focused on Workday Finance/Payroll integrations. Expertise with Workday integration tools (Integration Cloud, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF). Knowledge of finance, HCM, and payroll processes (AP/AR, GL, banking, tax filing, benefits, compensation). Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and integration with Workday Finance. Project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting security incidents, deployments, and urgent production fixes. Ability to step into cross-functional initiatives outside of integrations. Strong collaboration, adaptability, and communication skills.
